Carolina Liar, the L.A.-based rock quartet who debuted with 2008 full-length "Coming To Terms" and spent time on the road with OneRepublic and Rob Thomas, will return with their sophomore effort, "Wild Blessed Freedom," on Sept. 27. "Drown" will be the first single.
