The duo Deepshader and Nazca (Moldova/USA) is soon ready to launch their brand new artist album on Silk Sofa. We are proud to present the first single, "Covered By The Blue Fog", which brilliantly encapsulates the sounds you can expect from their forthcoming album as a whole. On remix duty is Silk Sofa's label manager himself, Danish artist Gorm Sorensen. The Original Mix starts off with intriguing sound effects and a mesmerizing atmosphere. Soon, gorgeous chords are introduced, as well as an incredibly lush breakbeat. Subtle piano strokes emerge in the background later, and around the middle mark, fascinating guitar riffs are introduced that suit the soundscape perfectly. The remix from Gorm Sorensen starts out with the chord riff from the original, while a mysterious cello melody lurks in the background. A subtle breakbeat emerges later, supported by a gentle piano melody. In the break, we witness hypnotizing choir elements, and soon thereafter, a number of beautiful layered cello lines play a unique and memorable theme.
