Acclaimed Dominican artist Fernando Villalona paves the path for fresh new American artist Victoria Daly with their 2012 Spanish hit duet "El color de tu mirada", meaning "the color of your eyes". The collaboration happened when two weeks after her graduation, her aunt Fatima and uncle Fernando Villalona invited her on vacation to Dominican Republic. During that trip is when Fernando truly listened to her vocals, realizing that he can jump start her singing career. Fatima and Fernando took the young star and invested greatly in her talents. Fernando and Victoria recorded an original hit song together “El color de tu mirada.” The song was highly promoted with a video and performed by the duo at top concert venues, television and radio stations in Dominican Republic and New York.
