Bind us to You is a full length album of newly arranged hymns and songs. We have a very specific Purpose for this album. We realize that there is a divisive issue in the church over music. In general, it’s very hard for different age groups to agree on a style of worship music and that causes a log of frustration in many churches. There is a wealth of meaning, truth, power, and depth in hymns. So many people today just want an emotional experience in worship, and they don’t realize that worship isn’t just about a song or an emotional experience, it’s about meaning the words that you sing to God from the depth of you heart. What would happen if we could stop focusing on musical preferences and start focusing on the One we worship? Our prayer for these songs is that God will use them to teach people of all ages what it means to worship Him in sprit and in truth. Our prayer is that God would bind all the generations together in worship and that He would bind us all to Him so tightly that we would never be able to wander.
