New Subject starts with a stripped down dark vibe with little edits filled with tension at the breaks, little flirts with atmospheric percussion and breaks into a deep kick drum. The track breaks down into a rhythmic percussion and breaks back in with the big kick. The percussion, tinged with cracking distortion, sits perfectly on top of the low end as this pure underground techno house track works it's dark powers on the dancefloor.
